Digital products

All paid products on this site are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.

Please try before you buy

The free worksheet tool produces sheets of exactly the same quality as the paid packs. Use it as much as you like first — that is the honest way to know whether the paid plan suits your child.

When we will refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• The download link never worked and we could not fix it within 3 working days
• You received the wrong product, for example the wrong class level, and did not want a replacement

How to request one

Email support@rahhub.store within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, as processed by Razorpay.

Cancellations

There are no subscriptions on this site, so there is nothing to cancel. Every purchase is a one-time payment.
