Fresh sums every time you tap, with the answer key worked out for you. Print as many as you like.
Two-digit addition is where most Class 2 children first meet carrying, and it's where the first real maths confidence is won or lost. The maths isn't hard — the bookkeeping is.
Start with pairs that don't cross ten — 23 + 45, 51 + 27. Once those are quick and accurate, move to 47 + 26. Mixing both from day one is what causes the "I can't do maths" reaction.
Children who carry in their head lose marks constantly. Insist the carried digit is written above the tens column, every time, even when they say they don't need to.
Twelve done carefully beats forty done in a rush. If the method is right but answers are wrong, that's a speed problem — reduce the count, don't add more.
The answer key is printed on the sheet. Use it with your child right after they finish, not the next morning — a mistake explained thirty seconds later actually teaches something.
